Process flow of waste tire to fuel pyrolysis equipment

1, feeding, 1-2 hours, 1.4 meters below the tire can be directly the whole tire feeding, large tires need to cut before feeding;

2, heating, it takes about 10 hours, generally heating to 2 hours will have oil and gas production;

3, Cooling, the oil and gas condenses into oil through the cooling system;

4, tail gas recovery and utilization, in the process of heating cracking, in addition to oil and gas, there will also be part of the combustible but non-condensable gas generation, we call it "tail gas", this gas can be directly recovered for heating cracking reactor, to save fuel;

5, Carbon black and steel wire slag discharge. After the pyrolysis process and oil and gas discharge, the residual substances inside the reactor shall be discharged for a new pyrolysis process.

Waste tire pyrolysis equipment process is very rigorous, due to the special way of material reflection, the need for equipment is also very large, need to be operated by professional technicians, to ensure the smooth process.
